Good day folks,
hope you are all enjoying your holidays.
We are traveling - visiting family
and
have a great time.
I have a down day today and so thought I would put together a post
about the
13 top viewed posts this last year.
I didn't really start blogging till about July
when I decided to get serious about this little blog
and
see just what I could do.
So, without further ado let's get on to the countdown.
#13
This little cloche I made from thrift store finds was very popular
and
actually one of my favorite projects also.
I liked it so well I actually
found some more of these parts and made another one.
You just can't have too many little cloches can you.
#12
This little French Sewing Basket came in 12th.
I enjoyed doing this so much.
My mother had one just like it and it brings back many memories
You can read about that here
#11
These mod podge vases came in number 11.
Such a simple way to transform thrift store finds
to fit into your own personal space
You can read about that here
#10
This fall wreath made from a Dollar Tree Tray
and
Chevron Burlap Ribbon
came in 10th.
I wanted something that would fit with the black and white decor
of our entryway and this is what I came up with

#9
The Handmade for Christmas Series
was quite popular this year.
In this post I explained about all the Christmas Wreaths I have made
along with tutorials.

Continuing on with the series the eighth most viewed post was
A Handmade Christmas - Pillows.
How I made pillows using drop cloths and thrifted items.
You can read about that here
#7
The next three most viewed posts come from my Fall Decor.
Number 7 is the Fall Paper Crafting post
with all its bright colors and book page projects.
You can read more about it here
#6
These cute little drop cloth pumpkins came in in 6th place.
I absolutely love these and can see why they would rank so high.
You can read about them here.
#5
Our Fall entryway was quite the hit being featured on several
linky parties and an e magazine.
I think it is my favorite entryway decor so far.
You can read about it here.
#4
Miss A's 8th birthday party came in as the 4th most viewed post.
We did a mustached themed party
that was so much fun to put together.
You can read more about it here.
#3
For number 3 we head back to my thrift store finds to see
the Painted Glass Vases I did
to match our personal decor.
I show you how easy it is to change up these thrift store finds
to make them fit into your home.
You can read more about that here.
#2
The number 2 most viewed post was back to the
A Handmade Christmas Series
with the Trees.
I have to admit these little trees have stolen my heart
and
you could say I have become obsessed with them.
So, I am not surprised that it was one of the most viewed posts I wrote.
You can see more of these here.
And, drum roll
the #1 most viewed post this year is
The Book Page Wreath Tutorial.
Again this was no surprise to me as I have had a lot of requests
for this particular tutorial
ever since I debuted the wreath.
However, it did take me a long time to finally see the need to write the tutorial.
If you missed it and are wanting to make your own
you can find the instructions here.
see what I have been up to.
I have a lot planned for the new year and hope you stick with me
as we unfold some new and exciting projects and crafts.
and
You really don't want to miss any upcoming posts.
You just never know what I will try to do next.....
Until next time
have fun creating something you love....
